Break and Lunch Policy. Availability Policy. Bagging Policy.

1.Okay, today I went to work from 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, I had two 15 minutes breaks but my manager said that I couldn't take my lunch even though I had been scheduled for one.

2. I had my availability set for a certain time and it was approved but my manager had me scheduled 15 mins earlier than my availability and I'm in college so I had too leave my classes earlier.

3. My store has no baggers, the baggers are mostly in high school so they don't come till 5 pm. In the mornings we are always short baggers .

I don't know what to do about these situations.

1. if you work more than seven hours, you should get 2 breaks and a lunch. your manager sounds like he or she is trying to run you. anything less than that and you usually don't get a lunch, although if i were you, i'd skip the lunches if possible to get out the extra half hour early, as the lunch is unpaid.

2. talk to them about that issue. they'll never pick up on your personal issues unless you directly tell them. complain that they ignored your availability and make them aware that you have another place to be.

3. that's not an issue that you can really control. it's their fault for not scheduling people early and it's not your problem to deal with, it's management's. if they're really salty about not having help in the morning, they can call people in.

figure out what your euid and password are and go to greatpeople.me and change your availability there i think if you change it online it will not let them schedule you outside your availability

Technically, you still can, however, eschedule alerts you that you are scheduling someone outside of availability. So if you set it, and they still schedule you that way, your dept head is purposely scheduling you that day.
