Here in Kentucky a Certified Meat Cutter full time makes $15.25 / hr. as well
and a part time meat specialist makes $ 11.45 an hour
I'm in the Delta Division and earn $15.90 per hour as a full time meat clerk. They don't hire meat cutters anymore but a journeyman meat cutter earns $2.00 an hour more than a meat clerk in my contract.
