Why does everything with Kroger involve a long trip around the barn to get anything done or anything you need? I just don't understand why Kroger would treat their employees like this considering the loyalty I've personally witnessed by these same employees. I've waited and waited to get my W2 in the mail. I've asked my supervisor and the gang up stairs for information on how to attain this document. No one seems to know one thing about it. I've been told they have to be mailed by the 31st of January (By law). Now if that's true; it shouldn't take more than a week to get it but here I am two weeks later and I still haven't received it. I tried to go on line to get it to no avail. I'm on the phone right now waiting for the "Express HR" to pick up the phone and have been for over an hour.
