Just got told I would not work out by lead at front end. She said I was not showing up for my shifths. I have just 1 schelude since I started on Feb.2nd 2017. I got really sick and called in. So now I dont have a job anymore I do not think she was being fair. What can I do now?

A front end lead can't fire you, only a manager can.

You are on 90 days probation when you started.  They do terminate people for calling in the first 90 days. 

A store manager should have been the person firing you while you were on the clock tho. 

Call the store manager and ask if you still have a job.

If you got really sick and have a doctors note, there is not much they can do.  People get sick, it just happened to be at a time you just started working.  I would be weary that they might say you were a no call no show, not because you were sick, but if you didn't show up after they Front end lead told you you were fired.  Since they technically cant fire you, management will say you were still an employee and didn't show up for your schedule.

Do you have a doctor's note or a family member that you can write a note saying you were sick?  Only store managers can fire you.  It is illegal for the fes to "send you home".
