Last year I quit right before I moved, and I didn't change my address because I was told my w2 would be forwarded to me.

Well, it wasn't. I'm trying to contact HR to see if they can send me a copy to this address but the number is just an automated voice telling me they moved all that information to mytaxform.com, but I can't login because I have never gotten a login before. I tried to find my username but they had the wrong information on file. (Wrong email address and wrong phone numbers) I have no idea how to get my w2 and I just want to do my taxes. Is there a former employee login somewhere? Are there any numbers I can call? Please help.

All you need is your SS# and your Employee ID and birthdate.  Initials followed by 5 numbers.  You would have used it to log into greatpeople.me to see your schedule or to see your paystub online.  You can try to call the store Hiring manager and get them to look it up for you.  You should have filled out a change of address form with the post office to make sure your mail follows you.

There are a lot of employees at my store that haven't received theirs yet.  I got an email about how to get a free copy online.

www.mytaxform.com or call 1-800-367-2884

Questions, call Client Service Center 1-800-996-7566

Employer code:  10575

Social Security #

Your PIN: last 4 digits of EUID plus year (YYYY) of birthdate.

Follow the prompts on the site.  You have to go thru a short confirmation dance and change password.

It took me about 5 minutes to print mine.
