Busiest store in our division, yet we only have 5 employees in dairy (including dept lead). $1M+/wk store. How well are other dairy depts staffed?

Five people sounds pretty good to me.  I work in a $1M+/wk. store (not in dairy though) and that's about how many they have.  It might even be less.  One guy alternates between frozen and dairy.  Another guy alternates between nutrition and dairy.  I've never seen the dairy schedule.  So I'm not sure how many hours the department gets.

You have it pretty good in my opinion. My old store does about 700-800k a week and we only had 3 dairy employees.

We 5 also stock the milk and yogurts in the nutrition row on the other side of the store. 30 + hour weeks for all, dept lead is at 50 +
