Co-managers get paid pretty well to just baby sit employees and customers and sit in at meetings. Not sure if feeling sorry for co-managers, coordinators, or any corporate suits is at the top of my list of things to be sorry about, if they're even on it.
I'm assuming you mean co-managers only and no store manager. I've been with Kroger going on 30 years and stores have always had co-managers in addition to a store manager.
