What is Kroger's policy in regards to in-store solicitation of employees? We had a woman the other night (actually a very nice customer we all know) who had a bunch of printed material from the JW's and was trying to solicit us. I know solicitations are not permitted OUTSIDE the store (except for the Cub and Girl Scouts.) How to handle this?
Gently tell her about the company's policy of no solicitation. If she offers to do it during a huddle or whatnot, politely tell her no customers under any circumstances (except dire emergencies) are permitted in the back room at anytime for their safety.
