If a person worked in one department (for a month) and switched to another the same time a new person was hired in that same department how does that person have seniority? Didn't they give up their seniority the minute they switched and had to be retrained?
This is a good topic. I have worked for Kroger over 20 years. I work and have always worked at one of the few non union stores. I heard if I ever transferred to a union store I would loose my
seniority. I am part time because I am disabled but I work about 25 - 30 hours a week and always have. Just wanted to ask if this was true.
