I have been a recruiter/ service director for 7 months. Which is the I store hourly person who does all the hiring and orientation. At first I liked it but management made the job a night mare. I get blamed for our turn over, when minors use the bailer or trash compactor after the read and signed the safety sheet, when the new associates don't get trained properly by their department trainer, and their is no communication between management and the store team but when I fail to communicate something it's this big issue. We throw so much information at our new hires it's hard for them the remember all of it so i get blamed for that. I have a problem remembering thing which I'm going to the doctors for and when I do forget I get blamed for being careless. I want to step down because the 1.50 raise is not worth the stress. I want to do other things in the company but feed me stepping down will make me look bad And prevent that because Kroger is known fo doing that. Any advice would help.
