Leaving job will I loose any money put into 401k?

I have had to put in my 2 week and I'm wondering if I will lose what money I have put into my retirement I'm leaving in good terms I just cant physically take it anymore.

Leave it there!  I retired 11 months ago and since Jan my 401 is up 10% I have all my money in DODFX

I've only been at the store just over 5 months I thought I was ready to work but with my health I'm not up to it. Does this matter?
