This year's batch was lousy. They cam out of the same box but some looked like they about to overproof while others just sat there and didn't rise at all. How am I suppose to work with crappy product like that?
Not sure if it's cause they sorta remind folks of a fruit cake. But they are flying off the shelves at my store. As it seems like after we run out there is always someone looking for more. Not sure on how many cases we've gotten, but I know we've been getting some not so pretty looking Italian bread lately as well.
