How to login to the gun?

I got my password set up about a week ago. I'm unable to login with the password. My HR is the one who set it up and I'm 95% positive I'm using the right one. I definitely hasn't been 70 days and I don't want to bother them so soon. I need to learn how to use it, but I can't learn by others just showing me. I have to actually do it.

You probably don't have permission to use it. Just mention it to a co-manager and it's as simple as them activating it on a website. Usually your department manager asks them to set it up but sometimes (most times) it slips their minds.

You probably already know this, but just in case it helps any newbies, when you type in your password on the gun, the characters do not "show up" on the display. I remember when I was first signing in on the RF, I thought there was something wrong.

You just have to remember it will appear to be "ignoring" your password keystrokes.

lol.  I think my hiring managers are telling new hires to use complicated passwords.  I have had two newbies use upper and lower case and 10+ characters.  KISS, keep it simple.

Use only lower case letters.  Use only 8 digits.  The computer accepts Upper case.  The Telxon does not.

Usually the store mangers give you access credentials to CAO.  Maybe your HR has the ability.  After they change your credentials, you need to change your password.

To change your password, goto Enterprise Citrix.  Look for passport under HR applications.  There might be a direct link to Passport when you click on the start button.

When you are in, we also can guide you on technical use of the telxon you can't get from no stinking computer training(cbt).
