What is the process of giving someone a verbal versus a written?
I had a sitdown once with 2 managers but they just asked me questions and I answered. They did not tell me it was a verbal.
Can you be written up without them telling you?
I am certain my managers want to fire me but cant find anything. I dont think they are above just documenting me without tellin me for little stuff.
No, You can't! You have to sign the write-up!
Don't sign anything, you do not have to! Put RTS or refused to sign then your initials with the union rep. present. For any discipline the union rep can be present and for written they have to ask if you want them present.
