getting rid of nutrition?

at my store they're supposedly phasing out nutrition positions in favor of grocery throwing it up instead. i wouldn't mind this, except it doubles our work load and makes us have to learn entirely new aisles. i'm sure our nutrition workers are also thrilled that they are being forced into a new department. does your store still have nutrition positions? or are they getting phased out elsewhere?

Our DH SM harassed our head nutrition enough so he stepped down.  Now a guy from grocery (one of those who stocks everything beer, bread, and so on but mainly plays on his cell phone).  Now it's in worse shape than when we had a head nutrition.

It's being phased out here as well. A lot of organic foods are popping up in the grocery aisles.

We throw and condition dry Nutrition stock that is on the kmp pallets.  It adds about 6 hours a truck to our workload.  Our Nutrition sets are blended in with our regular dry Grocery aisles.  We do not have separate aisles for Nutrition.  We do not stock the blue totes.

There is still a lead and I think two part timers that take care of Nutrition ordering, dairy, frozen and blue totes.

They removed our nutrition aisle so now the organic items are next to the regular item. We never had a nutrition department. Instead it belonged to the nonfoods/gm department

Also, all stores have been moving Nutrition from the Produce Department to the Grocery department for the last couple of years.
