depends on the exact store, who your dept lead is, who the general manager is, what kind of "feeling" the store has in general. To be as honest as possible, there is NO "BEST" department. They all have their problems. Some are easier to work in, depending on the time of year, if you have enough hours given to the dept, if everybody gets along well, if proper training is done.
All these questions about "which one is the best department to work in" are very subjective. It really depend on what type of work you like to do. There is no "best" or "good" or "bad" department. You just have to try them and find the one YOU like.
