I believe there are many things Kroger needs to work on. The first thing is communication between managers and their staff. Not one will to talk to me personally about any issues they have with me. They tell others, then others tell others, then it finally gets to me. Issues the management has with me are my business, no one else's business. The second thing is employees need to fix their own mistakes and issues before they gossip about others. Third If Management and Heads want to get positive feed back instead of negative feed back, they need to stand up and play their roll. Be the boss, make your employees do their jobs, get off their phones, and stay in their department. There are other things that need to be worked on, but this is where I would start.
