I worked for Kroger in many departments

I was working under a Dept. Manager by the name of Justin Mitchell

Store 0644 in Little Rock  Justin says he is divorced from his wife so we start

seeing each other, come to find out he was lying. 

 He was in fact married with kids, 

  Now I don't make it a habit of dating married me. 

Justin put me on the overnight Stocker for Drug Gm so

that we could work together. 

I was later offered DSD, which I jumped on. 

After about a couple of months of Him and his

wife fighting she called me at work saying she is coming up ther

to kick my ass, I told Justin what was fixing to happen. 

His response was to clock out and leave, by permission 

of the store Manager Waylon Burnett, She arrives

and is allowed to come on the receiving dock where I am checking 

in vendors, with my back to her she walks up to me and punches me on the shoulder. 

I turned around and she called me a bitch, I asked her several times

to leave. Unbeknownst to me Justin had left the premises. 

I did in fact lose my temper and shoved her. 

I also followed her out to the sales floor and we continued to 

argue, me telling her to leave the store, I also threw a 

dozen eggs at her. I went back to my work area and was later 

suspende, I was later fired for going on the sales floor,

 The union is a joke, I was terminated but Justin the root of the problem is still 

employed there. I'm not saying I'm totally innocent but 

I was not the only one in the wrong.
