Seafood. Unless in your region/district dairy actually gets paid for department head position.
In my district dairy leads only get a .50 cent raise and I have run dairy for a bit while we were looking for some poor bloke to run it.....it is a nightmare to say the least, unless you have a all-star team of employees (i'm talking every person is SOLID....which come on...this is Kroger, not happening.)
