extreme amounts of damaged product

ever since we switched warehouses, our pallets have been disastrous. they stack them so incorrectly that it sends a good chunk to damage. crushed boxes and leaking cases galore. today, we had a pallet shipped to us with cereal on the bottom....and cans on top! guess how many boxes of crushed cereal there were? all of them. i hate having to throw away half a case of sugar because the bags are ripped and spilling everywhere. the best is when the marinara sauce jars bust and leak all the way down the pallet that make the cases fall apart when you pick them up. i'm sick and tired of having to clean crap up because they can't ship it to us properly. why can't they just stack pallets with common f*cking sense?

It's the Kroger way, either the warehouse is overworked and understaffed like us, they don't speak English (I toured the pork plant and only me and one other young lady spoke English), or they just arnt paid enough to care.

The same as everywhere else in Kroger land.

I'm dealing with the same ****, I just don't care anymore.  Chicken on top of smoked meat, chicken juice leaking so badly that it leaves huge puddles under the skid.  Pretty much everything is destroyed.  I take pictures but they want me to email them, so I gotta write a email and attach the photos and do it in a timely order, yet I am 250hours under and I havnt got a break since January.  I got literally 5 people TOTAL for a store doing 1.5mil+ when I need bare minimum 9 A DAY to run it.

If the warehouse has the issues we do I can't blame them for not giving a ****.

Not just bad stacking, a lack of quality control as well. When I consistently have to throw away over half of each case of several products I'm scared to see what the warehouse rejects
