So I work at Kroger and I put in a request off day and got denuded for a seniority conflict but no one else requested that day off but a few days before this a co worker with higher seniority said I was being mean to him and another co worker when in reality he was the one who locked me in the cooler why could this be
Well, if you desire....file a grievance if anyone under yourself is schedule off ! or Do what everyone else does..... Call Off - Sick... (Make sure you cough on the phone too )
