I thought after a year, we were supposed to get one. I'm still at my same pay. I could have sworn the union rep said something about it. I'm not going to go crazy for 10 cents or whatever an hour, but I'm just curious.
What state are you in? Generally, 10 cents raise is what each person gets after a year.
Has the minimum wage in your state been increased recently?
That is the problem in my state. A person working for Kroger for the last 3 years is making the same amount as a person starting yesterday because minimum wage keeps going higher than the contract. Also, to get the raise, a person has to average 28 or 32 hours a week. They may have been there a year but they have to accrue so many hours before they get their next pay raise.
Ask your payroll person when you are supposed to get a raise. Or, look on https://ess.kroger.com. It should show when you get your next pay raise.
