how do i apply for health insurance

i just got a letter in the mail that my dental won't be covered anymore and i would like to sign up for kroger's insurance. i've got three hours, i think, to do so

You can apply online. Depending on how long you've been working for Kroger and how many hours you work per week, you should be eligible. Our store is the Atlanta division. The enrollment deadline was December 15, 2017. They gave us about 1 month and a half to enroll. Once the deadline passes, you will not be able to enroll. Check your Union Website for enrollment details.

yeah i tried to do it (before midnight cst) and i couldn't get it to work. oh well.
