Colored is the most racist word ever. You could have said African American or even black not colored. And we live in 2017 race should not matter anything could happen no matter your color. thats whats wrong with the world they still see color and Feed into sterotype.
Colored is not racist. The term African American is BS. Obviously you don't know that the NAACP stands for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored people. How about the United Negro College Fund!

I actually know a few white men who like black women. I don't think age matters on what you find attractive. Now it does sound like somebody is feeding a line of bull**** if more than 1 person is being accused. I think they should look into that more closely!

While, I don't know all what went on. 2 people accused 5 people of harassment? Even without Camera footage....stories must not align. 5 People do not get suspended unless something isn't right.

The Dept Heads were reassigned to another pending the outcome, while the mgr and comanager were suspended. The 2 baggers are BFFs and after HR interviews, obviously there is nothing to this except the baggers trying to cash in. The baggers were also reassigned. Because nobody was fired, the company seems to side with the managers. More to come next week. The girls filed a police report too. So, these girls may be looking at jail time and a lawsuit if these are false claims
Sexual harrasment can occur without touching or being obvious on cameras. .there are creeps that work at my store who I overhear all the time talking sexually about other coworkers. The sales floor and workplace in general is not the place for that kind of conversation. Especially when its abot other people who work at the store.
Filing a police report isn't going to do anything unless physical contact/harm occurred. If the girl are saying they were harassed while working, the police department would most likely say its EEOC claim. While I do know harassment happens, some people can not tell the difference between harassment and being told "how it is". If a boss tells an associate their job performance isn't up to standards, and repeatedly tells them that?...is that harassment?

The term "Colored" was adopted in the United States BY emancipated slaves as a term of racial pride after the end of the American Civil War (which would be around 1865 or shortly thereafter). For years both blacks and whites used the word "Colored" and it was not meant in a "bad' way at all, It was just the word that was used. In the late 1960s "Black" became more popular, and still later (1980s?), "African American". I think we are now going back to "People of Color".
Even now, some of the older blacks STILL use the phrase "colored people" in their conversations.......... I have heard them. Are they racist against their own people?? Of course not.
So I'm curious to know how all this harassment claims can be proven? So just because a woman made a claim that she was harassed it's her words against his or what? Is there even proof that they can proove? Other than being on camera or audio recorded
