People in our store are coming to work sick due to the 3 day rule that says you have to get a doctor's note to return to work if you are out 3 days or more. My manager is also sick too and went home early tonight. Why does Kroger do this? Many employees don't have the money for a doctor like me!!!

Where is it three days T because I was forced to bring a doctor's note after only two days. Also can't your manager afford a doctor's visit? How much are Kroger managers getting paid, because they always act like they are broke as hell
Kroger managers are paid only once a month. That's why some of them are actually broke. They have bills to pay on top of their liberal arts degree debt.

It's called a set pay (salary). They don't get paid hourly. There are times they work more than 50-60 hours a week. There are times they work 12-14 hours a day. They get one set salary and get it paid to them monthly!

Yeah but they make more money than regular associates. All they have to do is not spend all of it every month. Basically simple money management. That should be easy since they know what they will make every month.
