Co-managers get salary pay (paid monthly) and have to work long hours. A regular employee get paid by the hours they work and work 40 hours or less a week (paid weekly). Which do you prefer?
A couple co managers in my store are working their butts off running from dept to dept, doing more work than one manager ever should have to do. it really depends on the store and the management team.
i don't think i'd want the job, i get OT as a department head.
