An associate told me this afternoon I was written up by our new department lead for something that happened 4 days ago. He was off the past 3 days so I was just told today. Aren't you supposed to receive something to sign if you get written up(SIR)?

Yesterday I received a Notice of Seperation and before that I was suspended on counts of misconduct. Now that I have been terminated and I am part of the Union, is there a chance I get my job back?
