wtf is the point of the beeper things when you come in and out of the store. I've never seen an associate stop someone after one goes off, you know to check their receipt like wal mart does. At best , they're annoying. They confuse the customer. What's the point?

.....Mold. And, they want the berries "waterfalled" with 7 empty boxes under each full box. What is the point of all the empty boxes? I can understand 2 or 3, maybe even 4, but seven?? And basically this just means the full display table plus one box. What stupidity. Waterfalling becomes pointl...

My store's in a suburban strip mall, near a bunch of other stores and restaurants that close up around 9. At 10 PM, like clockwork, we get rushed by people with fairly large orders-- employees of those stores who went shopping after work. The FES used to schedule a cashier until 11 to cover, but ELMS came...

I have been at this location since 2016. Several of my co-workers have been there lon...

if you aren't angry at work at least 75% of the time, you must love your job. I'm mad just thinking about going in this weekend...it's the weekend...the good jobs are off on weekends (banks, etc). Anyway in my fits of rage I have slammed the phone on a moron employee so much that it broke the phone. The...

That's precisely what I did. I left. Kroger has too many problems that I cannot work within their problematic procedures, structures, and expectations without getting eventually ulcers. I can solve many of those problems by proposing new procedures, etc. but the mere thought gets shot down a...

She jumped ship and is now working, I believe, frozen dept. Been there 1.5 yrs. We both worked together at Walfart, so I spoke of how better things must be for her at Kroger. She responded that they weren't---in fact, she's considering going back because Kroger isn't giving her any hours! This really s...

Hello, lads and lasses. There has been a heat advisory in our tri-state area. If it has been issued where anyone else lives and has to be outdoors, please be careful.

I have been with Kroger for 10 months. You either have to have a specific amount of hours in to qualify for FMLA or have worked for the company for 1 year. Unfortunately, I had a medically necessary surgery and requested fmla and of course it was denied because I didn't have enough hours in. Close, but did...

The song is played during third shift (12:00 am - 5:00 am). It's a rock song, has a male singer with a slightly raspy voice. Chorus: You've been silent all this time And you've been fading as time passes by I'm leaving the eagle's nest Thanks! I'd really appreciate it if I knew who sang this song.

Im posting this again as it apparently got deleted: I understand this is why kroger sucks but this site is being flooded by porn on a regular basis. It takes the mods a while to catch it and delete it. The last recent bad postings stayed two weeks before they got deleted. This form is barely monitored. T...

Acoustic guitar, male vocal, no other instruments. It's a pretty simple but nice song. I have a recording of part of the song, and so have been able to try and get the lyrics for the chorus and a verse. However, it doesn't seem to be a popular song because I absolutely cannot find any songs with matching ly...
