It would be amazing to have a regular meeting once a month. In our small store there are not enough bodies in the departments to spare therefore our promise team is a joke amongst our employees. How do we get staff to allow our meetings?

Please help me understand this? Department: Deli 3 Managers 40 hrs 6 Status 1's all have 40 except me at 27... 2 status 3's 32 and 27 hrs. My seniority date is 10/10/18 status 1 1 status 3 seniority date (32 hrs scheduled) 10/2/18 Should I have more hrs than that status 3? Thanks in advance

Today I come in and my co-worker/buddy tells me that the asm said that if he hears us talking about fishing, pets, movies etc he would write us up because a customer said we ignored her. That is total BULLSH*T because she was talking along with us asking us what kinds of fish we caught and movies we had seen...

We have a new FES in our store who wants to have everyone's cell phone number "in case we need to call you." To make a long story short I refused, said that my time off is my OWN. I don't want to go into details (that would ID my store and my location.) I can count on one hand the number of times Kroger DID call me...

Do not like the feed link. All I have access to is pay check, W4, etc . No way to get to my schedule! NEVER had this trouble on the great people site . As they say if it isn't broke ---- Don't fix it!

Are asm's allowed to change the schedule that a dept head has written? Not tweak it but change it entirely just because they prefer things another way.
