Have you had problems at your store with crime-especially in the parking lots? It seems with the warm weather we are constantly kicking out the homeless people that stand in front of our store bothering our customers for money.

Our hours are 10-5 but after 5 they always bother someone from Produce to do Floral duties if there is a customer-it isn't the other way around, Floral being asked to help in Produce. Is this happening in your store too?

It was for me, but then one day I got tired of the **** and realized that thing weren't going to get better so it was up to me to find something better. You're always going to be open 364 days a year, work most holidays, work whatever shifts...
