Today I come in and my co-worker/buddy tells me that the asm said that if he hears us talking about fishing, pets, movies etc he would write us up because a customer said we ignored her. That is total BULLSH*T because she was talking along with us asking us what kinds of fish we caught and movies we had seen...

I don't want to go into details (that would ID my store and my location.) I can count on one hand the number of times Kroger DID call me...

Do not like the feed link. All I have access to is pay check, W4, etc . No way to get to my schedule! NEVER had this trouble on the great people site . As they say if it isn't broke ---- Don't fix it!

So I'm a deli manager. I have a employee who sits upstairs for the last 30 minutes of their shift at night in the breakroom. I have it on camera and checked their punches to document. Reason I found out was another employee complained to me about it. I also found out she has been doing this twice a week si...

Why is it policy in Virginia not to have breaks and if asked for one management scream at you like your a idiot. I have witnessed this several times.

I work hard. Nuff said. But is it reasonable for your manager to hold you after 10 to downstack and work the load and also clean, face and fill the department? Whilst others are not held accountable for leaving the load in the cooler and not facing or cleaning the department when you are? While you are lef...

I had a question that I thought I might as well post on here because asking my managers at my store is kind of annoying because I hate bugging them with my questions. Someone came into my store with a township order or something like that. (Basically a voucher) I'm trying to figure the steps for startin...

Does anyone know what being promoted to back up will pay? Will it be a small raise, or is there a general amount you get specifically for being a back up?

May Day, or International Workers Day events are being planned. Please be careful about discussing, posting about or attending. Kroger employs an army of PIs to follow regular employees, plant devices in homes, shoes, etc. Checked your phone for odd GPS downloads? Think the break room has no h...
