Do you have to count your freezer every day? We have to fill in a chart with how many cases are in the freezer and how many cases came in on the order. What is the frozen case per hour? We normally get a 300-350 unit frozen truck every night. We are expected to condition, do backstock and have truck worked. How does one achieve that? I only do about 40 cph.

But what made it worse is they smushed it in the rollers so when the customer would wave their hand to get a paper towel they got the towel half sh!t covered!!
