Hi! I took my drug test and consented to my background check about 2 weeks ago. I was told my the manager I cant start as a pharm tech until my background check comes in which can take between 2 weeks and 6 weeks which is a huge window. I got a kroger plus card back at orientation and later after I started to work I tried connecting it to my phone app. It won't connect to it and I've been trying to load it to my phone so I could download coupons on my phone. Is there another way to get my card linked?? Thanks!
