Real question. We're dealing with more and more aggressive and *******-ish customers as time goes by, and I've been packing pepper spray and a tazer. I'm a U Scan attendent and a LOT of folks want to vent their frustrations in life on me. So. If I have to defend myself, am I covered?

But here's the kicker. They don't understand a single thing you're saying and think you're overcharging them. See, I had this old lady here at my Uscan. She voided something she didn't want. And as she was giving it to me, I noticed that she voided the wrong item. So I correct that and ask her to also give m...

Any here can explain it to me a little? Says next job step is 500, so does that mean I wont get anymore raises when it rolls over to 500? No raise every 6 months or even yearly?

I got into a dispute with a pic very recently over my refusal to accept extra hours even though I had an emergency. I was sent home early (ironic right?) for insubordination because I was asked to do a task that was not in my jurisdiction that would have had me stay after to complete. I'm very nervous becau...

Every year for the last decade, I've received a form in the mail at the end of the year asking what level of insurance I want, if any at all. This year I got nothing. I didn't have kroger insurance in 2018, but you'd think they'd still send the form. Do I need to call the insurance and opt back in?

Does anyone else have trouble with people not changing the bag of dishwashing liquid on the 3-compartment sinks? There's only one other person besides me who will change it. It's been empty for over a week and both of us say we're not doing it this time. It's about time someone else learned how.

The only problem is, I was never supposed to be hired. Here is my story. In January or February of 2009, I applied online for Kroger listing sev...
