Think of all the people you know who have came and left, how many of them leave and come back or tell you they truly regret leaving? We have a few who come back, but at the end of the day it is a minimum wage job and one that's demanding. What percentage of people do you think regret leaving? I'd put it at 20%...

Your new president is Victor French from Ralphs. He is the biggest prick Ive ever met!!

The new printed schedule came out today and I did get my time off. The anon schedule writer said seniority would be a factor. I think that was the case here as I'm one of the top courtesy clerks.

It's not the employees they need to be worried about-it's the CUSTOMERS!.

I've been sick the last few days, I had to call in sick today. Are we allowed to wear those surgical masks that just cover the mouth and nose? It may be a dumb question but I'd rather ask here than a manager first so they don't think I'm a retard.

OK here is the situation. We have two sets of doors in our store, one is the main entrance and the other a set of doors near our produce area. Atlanta division Loss Prevention has for the past year instructed us to close the Produce doors at 9PM (it used to be 10PM.) Also they have told us once the doors are lo...

I'm due for vacation during the holidays. I heard a few of my coworkers talk about their off time being denied. Is there any way to contest this? I checked online and it said time off approved but I know that isn't always the case.

It's nuts. For 3 days only, such and such are at this price, must have digital coupon... A couple months ago, these were easy to keep track of, cause they'd like have only 3 or 5 items. Now they have like 15. Goddamn. Actually now there's probably 60 items on that list for this week... And they never have th...

Hello all, I work for Ralphs down in Southern California and have since my senior year of high school. I bet the total amount of food they "sampled" is miniscule compared to the "samples" they give out to customers!

She wishes she'd get more hours. She's lucky to sometimes get more than 30, or even 40. But on average, it's 18. She wonders if there's any department in the store where she'd be more likely to get a stable amount of hours greater than 30. Preferably 40.
