Have any of you caught any junior high students building toilet paper forts in your store? Have any of you attempted to stay overnight in a Kroger store? There's a relatively new fad of staying overnight for 24 hours, consuming food/dri...

The holidays are coming up and people are roaming around the parking lot asking customers for money. My store has already had one on two occasions. Anyone else have this happen yet?

Checked today still had last Thursdays paystub as the most recent.

My boss gave himself the day off of course being Sunday (he was never in the service) and had me, the only veteran in the department work. In case you were wondering, yes I work tomorrow. Respecting Veterans is just another lie Kroger tells.

I'm noticing an increasing trend where I'm at. When I or someone else from a department other than the front end (obviously) is called upon to surge check, we're often told now "don't sign off" when we're done on the register. The problem with that is, the next time we're called upon to surge...

This is so much BS, I don't know where to start. I don't know if this is in ALL Divisions, Or ALL stores, but now the departments have more paperwork that they are to go through each and every day, and walk around with the general manager (or co-manager?) and look everything over. For instance, in produc...

Like say you do a partial payment with a debit card, and the transaction has NOT been completed. Let's say you then void the transaction, does the money get immediately released to the card? Or does the customer have to wait like a couple business days for the money to be released by their bank?

If you're reading this and you're a manager, then you're already one step ahead of all the other managers, because after studying this web site a bit, you will already know what the rank-and-file members have gripes about... This, unfortunately, is for all those other retail managers who need to get...

I just left it there

Best post on this message board, ever: "...I was taking this monster sh!t and I got up while still pushing this 6 inch monster of a turd out and it was hanging on the back of the toilet seat. I just left it there."

They posted it again for my store after they didn't get anyone to interview the first time, and they tried promoting the lead, guess she turned it down (again? I kept hearing she was taking it, then not, then taking it, then not again) Clicklist is extremely understaffed in my store and they've had a ton...

My department had a meeting to try to get everyone on the same page "LOL". In this meeting it was said that the store didn't have any problems until a few months ago (When I was transferred). That is so wrong because the District manager told me that the department looks better than it has in a long time and...
