is there a way to scan an item only once and define multiple products. Example. 4 cans of olives. Do I always have to scan every item or can I scan one and define that I am putting 4 in my cart.

Do your managers print and make the comments available to anyone to read? Do you have any idea if they have the ability to 'censor' some...
