Should I have quit? I left two notes stating why. Overworked and stressed out doing Frozen Lead. The demand is way too high at this store and the little hours they've given me for another associate lead me to just give up the position altogether. Saturday nights a person is suppose to work with me, b...

Hi. I'm a district manager who just walked the absolute worst store I've seen in my career, and several of the employees and customers there were talking about posting their antics on some kind of Kroger forum. I guess this is the one. Anyway, I don't think I've ever seen a store this terrible, and I hon...

Ok so I am a Filipino Lady Boy. Ive had the operation and everythang, and am on hormone reassignment. But a question. My new lady parts sometimes need a little TLC, if you know what I mean, and our bathroom doesn't have any Kotex dispensers!! Who do I go to about this?? I mean it's a liiiiitle embarrassing...

Do you think it's a better option? I am in grocery overnights and get paid well, but I am thinking of trying something new.

I have a question. Would Kroger close its stores if a hurricane were to hit?

I'm still quite confused over the line between standing your ground and cause for being fired when it comes to dealing with combative customers. See, I recently had a customer who was at my Uscan trying to incorrectly enter an item. When I went up to intervene, he arrogantly tells me he doesn't need my h...

My hours got sodomized and now I only make around $250 a week if I'm lucky. I know someone who makes more money in one night delivering pizzas than I do in a week working for Kroger. How long do you have to be in the union to get unemployment? Is the unemployment at least $200 a week? If so, I want to find out the...

I have a team member who tries to help everyone. The thing is they try to hard. They try to help even when you don't ask or don't need it. This makes it to where I'm completely unable to think and I always end up screwing something up because of the distraction. They also get so close to me and invade my space....

Atlanta division: Pretty sure I'm going to be written up for absenteeism soon. Got my 1st write up the end of last year for the same thing. They said next would be a 3day suspension. I can't find anything that says the procedures for this. Like when the last one expires. So could I be suspended now even tho...

I work at a store in the Cincinnati/Dayton division and am part of UFCW 75. So I requested a Sunday off (which I never do) and it was approved, but it seems I am getting "punished" by getting it off. That week I have a total of 8 hrs while someone with less seniority than me has 32 hrs for the same week. My avail...

I have a dilema. We have only 56 hours in the Frozen department and I constantly get over 43+ hours a week. We get a truck Saturday Night. Sunday & Monday are nights where I catch up backstock and the truck. Tuesday nights is a truck and where I change out displays. Thursday is a night by myself an...

Frozen (45) is a sub-department of Grocery (in the Dallas Division, at least). Sales volume is usually shown in a total figure with Grocery, but there is some way to get at a report that breaks out Frozen sales volume separately from Grocery. Can anyone tell me how/where to access this data? Can the...
