I have been reading online that there are certain pharmacy tech level position titles. Currently my position title shows as "Pharmacy/Technician 2", but I have seen some people report of there being a "Technician 3" which is higher up. Is this true? I have been certified through PTCB for 3 (going on 4...

We in our store have MAJOR issues with a manager that just transferred into our store. She is a co-manager (I think) there are two managers above her. VERY rude to employees and I know of at least 4 complaints filed thru the Union against her. Or does Kroger just transfer managers who have been problems a...

At least here in Georgia they will start to require biometric screenings starting in 2020-the Union got a one year delay. If you don't it will be an extra charge of $15 per week to your health insurance costs. I don't take the insurance since Kaiser doesn't participate with my doctor and hospital. I hav...

One of the chefs at our deli keeps making these pizzas that are kinda burnt. Like every single time. Just has this idgaf attitude about it. I'm surprised no one has taught him better. Or that any customer has complained. Thankfully though, there's the other two more experienced chefs who make nice and...

I have a couple of 4-hour paid personal days, but my supervisor wanted to know if I could come in after my doctor's appointment. In the greatpeople website, I've used one of my old personal days from when I was a cashier. In the site, it says it counts as 4 hours. I wouldn't mind getting another 4 hours but I...

I was recently moved from a large store to a smaller store, taking a pay cut after I addressed massive weights and measure concerns along with food safety (chicken leaking onto produce that they proceed to sell anyway). What are my options. I have 100 pictures+ over a year or two with evidence of my mer...

Apparently it just changed here in Georgia several months ago-now cashiers must have the customer show ID for a purchases of cigarettes (including vape products, but we sell very few of those.)

Learning about the general bull****tery of my district/store, and reading about the same sorts of things going on on this forum has made me lose any respect I once had for this company. However, I'm wondering if there is any chance that this is due to confirmation bias. Does anyone have anything pos...

For the moment I just do third shift U-Scan on weekends (so you know Saturday night is lovely every stoner and drunk comes for miles to get their pizza rolls and ice cream) and try to do anything I can to make time fly by and move quickly as possible when customers aren't around. When my journey started it w...

A month ago I had requested my vacation week to be scheduled for this coming week. The CSM said, oh sure, I've got ya. I mean, this is my first time requesting a vacation, so I assumed everything's good when they say it's good. Two weeks ago, I see (on the eSchedule/greatpeople site) that I was scheduled t...

So I got transferred to another store. Once I got there I noticed a few things are different. I've worked for Kroger for almost 2 years. So I know Kroger Policies. When I show that I know how to do the job, the others are intimidated by me and talk. If I ask questions, they roll their eyes, make ignorant comm...
