I been fired because i was in the back on the clock. But others as well been back there to and they are not fired. I had an vernal reminder then i got an Constructive Advice recored. I have not been suspended or been on probation, so is there a way for the union to get my job back?

I started work on July 30th and this week is supposed to be my first check. I've heard Thursday and Friday as potential dates to get it. I have been off the past few days and cannot seem to get ahold of the right people in the store to ask. Thank you!
