I'm sure we aren't the only store to get their crap stacked/wrapped like this so that it barely fits out the door. I just think it would be ironic if every store received the same "pushing the height limits" shipment with their taste of Italy crap

I heard they're building a new Country Oven plant and they're going to be baking all our cookies once they get up and running. They're going to come in already packaged. They say it's because they can't get anyone who wants to work in the bakery department in many stores. I say it's another way of cutt...

My local Kroger store has recently changed their hiring process to a 100% online only system. I spoke with the store manager today (who knows me) and asked him what I could do to speed the process along. He told me there's a "comment section" somewhere on the application site where I can writ...

it's cool that I can go look at my schedule but it'd be better if they'd post the whole dept. schedule so I'd know who I'll be bumping in the week and what days I'll get paid for that weren't scheduled correctly. It's not like it's private information, they post it for everyone to see at the store, so why no...

Hello. I Work in Drug/GM department. I was wondering if anyone can tell me why some items are ordered in? I am talking about items that have BOH above their MIN, with little to no movement history, and no specials going on. Say like BOH was 9, and MIN was 6, and ALLOC was 6, with 1 item sold in 7 days and 3 sol...

I've been working as a courtesy clerk/ utility for about two months now at my local Kroger's. I know I was one of the many new hires during that time, due to a major competitor in our area shutting down. As such, I got hired in specifically so I could start doing utility asap and bump some of the older utilit...

So the store has recently obtained 8 U-Scan robots divided into two clusters. We now have two podiums side by side and two iPads. The problem is that there is only ever one attendant scheduled at a given time. On top of having to watch 8 different machines (that are consistently full.) with two iPads str...

I'm a full time college student and have a really open availability for being in that position. I'm only unavailable two days of the week, and any other day I'm available from open to close. I've way more than read enough on here to know what I think of this so-called union...........part-to-NO-TIME-hours, fking minimum wage, open availability demands, virtually no protection from management abuse, memebership dues gouging, etc., etc. I'll say it again: I am FOR UNIONS. But I will...

So every week, as you may know, Kroger updates each worker's schedule for the next week. This is usually done on Saturday and I got my schedule for the next week yesterday.
