Why all the whispering?

do they have to tell department heads that there transferring them to a different store? if so when would they tell them. do they get a choice or is it transfer or step down?

Am I the only front end mother ****a who goes into his store and tries to do a good job even with lazy ass supervisors whose day consists of walking around in circles and never being around when we need them? Why in the **** wont they listen to me when I tell them we need 2 people outside doing carts on sundays...

So like half the items in the bakery department are being discontinued. Everything from blueberry pies to cookies and cream cakes to kaiser rolls. What the hell are we going to have left except boring italian bread and baguettes that most people don't even want? Is this an excuse to turn us into Walmar...

I typically park near the soda machines up front, so the cameras are on it, but every time I come outside people are around it, touching it and want to talk my ****ing head off about how dangerous they are. Anyone have any good secrets parking spots? Or do you brave the parking lot?

so i am looking for new jobs and i think i may have something in the works. i have only been at kroger a few months .. i don't really know how to go about notifying them of leaving my job, if i were to do so. do i talk to my dept head or manager? or both? and is a two weeks notice sufficient? i don't want to leave them...

I was brought in today for my orientation and when it came to do the online stuff I couldn't do it because I wasn't even showing up in the system as a new hire. A courtesy clerk that has worked with me for over a year was finally caught slacking off and hiding in the bathroom. I heard she was taken to the store manager's office for a meeting. Does this mean she's fired? She does nothing at work but flirt and maybe bags for about 20 minutes before going off and hid...

Is the meat dept suppose to grind up meat when customers request them to or not ? We have chuck roasts on sale and I recommended to a customer to ask to have it ground up, meat guy refused with several strange excuses.......

It doesn't happen often, but occasionally someone gives me a tip for helping them out to their car. I've heard that we're not supposed to take tips from customers. Usually when I try to refuse a tip though the customers will throw it into the cart and walk away. What should I do?

	Motorcycle Drivers....where do you park?
