What is the best method for keeping outs below goal on the scorecard? Should I use the replenishment report or something else when checking outs on the floor? It seems as though our outs shoot up sky high regardless of how many holes we fill, and I've always felt that there was something we were missing....

does Kroger have a progressive discipline policy for non-union employees? That is, is there policy book that delineates warnings, discipline, followed by termination? Thank you for your time.

I was just offered a job at a Kwik Shop and it sounds great but I don't think the woman that hired me noticed I'm 28 weeks pregnant which is amazing because I'm very obviously showing. If I accept the job, I clearly won't qualify for maternity leave but will they fire me for needing time off to have the baby?...

This may be more of a union question, but I got the backup position 2 months ago, I got4 more weeks and I will be officially full time, if they force me out after that will I get to keep my full time and pay, pays only 75 cents more, I'm not certified
