For the mid south division (Kentucky) what is the pay rate scale. like the 6 month salary increase for both part and full time employes. That have been with Kroger about a 0-2 years. going from part time to full time pay increase? and are those big marketplaces any different in pay?

My w2 was sent to my old address instead of the new one I gave my manager. I don't work there anymore so I don't have employee access to the online w2 site but I need my W2! What else can I do? My store is little help.
