Is it possible that the person who programed "elms" got it wrong? Programmers aren't perfect--therefore, logically, the program they write could be wrong. Therefore the Elms program could be wrong. 100% ofall people who work for Kroger make mistakes. Also assumptions could b...

Don't you have a whole collection of them in your department by now? Stop it. Our last one was wrapped in duct tape that said BAKERY - DON'T STEAL and guess what, it's gone.

I got pulled off my register for a short training session and on the way back I started feeling some sudden stomach problems. My supervisor apparently didn't like that I went to the bathroom, timed me, and decided I didn't deserve my break. I don't think I really took 10 minutes, and even then it WAS need...

My w2 was sent to my old address instead of the new one I gave my manager. I don't work there anymore so I don't have employee access to the online w2 site but I need my W2! What else can I do? My store is little help.

I have been working Kroger for the past few mos. I am ready to quit because I have a better job in over a wk. I was told I have to work 2 days a wk at this Kroger to maintain employment. Working 2 days at this Kroger would be stressful because of the distance. I am thankful I have had a job. People have also to...

One week ago, I requested two days off on Kroger's website greatpeople.me. The two days in question come up in two weeks, and I really need them off. It still says "pending" online. Should I just be patient? Does it take this long to get approved? Or should I go talk to the store manager about...

My manager said he extended my probation 60 more days like WTF!!! Is this a good thing or a bad thing? A few weeks ago we had REALLY bad ice and snow so I called in. Well apparently the manager never made a note of it and I was considered a no-call no show. I tried my best to prove that I actually called in but did...

Not talking about your regular 1-5 dollar human error short. Like 10-30 dollar short. On a regular basis. Now my CSM/ACSM/Lead are the only 3 that do a...

So, this woman comes in and insists she had a tray to pick up and that she had placed the order weeks ago. I asked her if she had the right store (we have two stores within a few miles of each other and people who place orders over the phone always get them mixed up.) She says "no, I came into this store and...

Nothing irritates me more than people parking in front of the cart corrals. How the hell are we supposed to get carts when some idiot is parked in front of them? Some people are just morons.
