I put in my availabilty about a month ago and its still pending. The schedule comes out tomorrow and my availability is supposed to go into effect the 24th. I'm worried they just aren't looking at it and I'll be scheduled for hours I can't do. (I'm starting College)

Does eschedule require the schedule writers to accept or decline availability requests, or can they just overlook them and you get scheduled for hours you can't do?

Does anyone know if e-schedule takes seniority into account when generating a schedule? I've heard at least three answers (no, it only goes by how long you've been employed, and that it gives priority to full-timers 1st), and am not sure who to believe. Or does it differ from store to store?

Dang we had our wrapper break last week, the hot plate that "melts" the plastic wasn't working, the hot bar that cuts the wrapping still worked so we had to seal the wrapping with the bar, it's a very tiny thing and is a pain in the neck to do.
