7.25$ for a bagger, how much will get with union?

flower child · flower child

So I'd like some honest feedback. Yesterday all department managers and lead clerks were summoned to the office for an hour-long lecture about how sorry we all are, how we are not sharing information with our associates, not scoring well on mystery shops, etc. We were basically told we would be writt...

She's right in front of a cake case, There are no chickens in sight on my counter anywhere. There were FOUR employees in the deli. Of course I responded with a simp...

Do you ever walk into your store and wonder who everyone is? I swear every week there are new cashiers, new drug/gm employees, new guy in produce. Today I noticed a new courtesy clerk and a new guy in the pharmacy. One girl I can't figure out if she is a cashier or works in bakery. Or has a twin. Who know...

I am trying to find a copy of the employee handbook to see if there is a grace period for being late. Does anyone know what the policy is for Indianapolis Kroger and being late? Also they sa...

My new meat dept. head has a thing for leaving the morning delivery to be broken down by the closing crew. Our truck comes in at 6 am so I believe it should be broken down first thing, as our last manager did. This guy leaves it for me and the other closer to do. $ of them in the morning and 2 of us at night. No reas...

Are the cashiers at the Krogers in Texas in a union?

So, I just want to get this out of the way. I work for one of the Kroger Sub Companies, Ralph's to be specific. Now, on to the meat of the post. I am wondering how I can have the company take 5 dollars out of my paycheck each week for the California State Tax, since I don't make enough each week to have it taken ou...

Does anyone know what the Legal Fund D is? Also, are there any repercussions of quitting the union? Like, would it be easier for them to fire you? They don't give me enough hours, and I'm tired of paying 9 dollars each check for it.
