Simple question, how many front end supervisors/managers do you have at your store? Ours has two. But it used to have only 1. It worked better with one - except for that one, who got tons of stress (and both had to leave because of it). Now we've had two to replace the one who left. Sometimes there's only on...

Is there a way we can stop this from being deducted from our check? Being a broke college kid isn't fun, and I don't get many house to begin with.

Or is it like any other job at Kroger where you clock in and start work not knowing what to do. I swear I came in yesterday morning at 6:00 am. Here's what was in the go back cart: bacon, 1/2 gallon soy milk, apples, red bell pepper, squashed loaf of bread, dvd, and a couple of platic bags full of groceries I...

Hi, Does anyone know how long it takes to receive your final email that you have been On-Boarded? I had my "Group Interview" last Wednesday. I did the background check (filled online the previous week, after setting up interview time) and drug test (the day of the interview). How long did...

Process a check as half off? Probably a horrible question and I know this is not a help center, but I had cashier live training today and almost got myself fired before I even started. Long story short, my Cashier I instructor never went over it and my Cashier II instructor thought we had already covered...

Question: Can an employee sign a full time bid for a position other than a department they're working in? I've been told I can't interview because I don't have skill and ability in that department but I've been working for the company for 5 years. Can I only sign bids for the department I'm currently i...

I live in small city in the South that is a popular tourist destination. My city also doubles as a popular retirement destination, largely for people from the Midwest/North (Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, etc.) These people shop at my Kroger in droves, and I hate them. The first thing I hate a...

I recently left Kroger after 8 years of service. Last week was my last week with the company. I had direct deposit set up, and was wondering if I have to go in to my store this week and get a physical hand written check, or if it will be mailed? None of my previous co-workers had an answer for me. Thanks in adva...

So I already put my two weeks in, and the last day they could schedule me was the 14th. I already don't have access to ess.kroger and greatpeople. Normally by now I would have gotten my paycheck direct deposited into my account (normally around 6:30) and its now 10:30; I still haven't received it. Also...

I've got a few questions regarding the job of "Produce Clerk". In Texas, what is the entry level pay? Do you start as part time or full time? If you are part time, how many hours do they normally schedule you? Can you possibly get extra hours to work at or close to 40 hours each week? Thank You!

Okay, so, a little backstory first. I first was hired at Kroger in July 2010 as a bagger making $7.35/hr starting and worked there through the summer after I graduated high school. I quit in August 2012 making $8.10/hr to go to college an hour away. I didn't want to quit, but I was told that the whole "...

If you are part time, can you possibly get extra hours by helping out other departments? Of course, this would have to be after you completed your hours in your own. How would this work?

My biceps and triceps seem to have grown by around a millimeter or so. They're definitely bigger than they were before I started at Kroger seven months ago. It's like my quadriceps and my calves.
