Are these just horrible? My store has had a dozen postings for these in the past month for nearby Krogers along with a few backup positions in deli/bakery, but that's it. I know grocery dept heads mainly work nights (isn't there also a night crew lead?) but is it THAT bad?

We are required to play most roles in the store: Manager, Stocker, Cashier, Maintenance, CClerk, so on. There is no point in calling a supervisor/FE manager...
