Seriously. First they had the red t-shirts, then they got rid of them, now they switched to blue t-shirts that are almost exactly the same. Nice to know that they have money to flush down the toilet. Well, I managed to avoid switching to the red t-shirts and I won't be switching to the blue ones for as lon...

I'll pass background and drug screen for sure. The assistant manager called and asked if I would be interested in Frozen -OR- Dairy clerk. I said yes. Went in simple interview but he then said Frozen -AND- Dairy clerk. Is that too much for one person? Our Kroger is the only one in town. It serves about fiv...

Ok I work at a Fredmeyers and since i`ve worked there i have seen alot of things, but what baffles me the most is the lack of how our managers can just sit around and not do anything when they know someone is being bullied and or being harassed by the managers themselves...! The following video hilariously summarizes Kroger's Management Business model to the tee. It's amazing how the dim-wittedness of Kroger's personnel is universal in today's Management workforce...Totally EPIC FAIL!!! https://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=youtu.be&v=BKorP55Aq...

I have worked at Kroger for 3 months now as a bagger and have never logged into Express HR. Every time I remember to go upstairs and talk to somebody about it, no one is there. I usually work late-ish. Somewhere between 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 is when I work normally. Maybe it is my fault? I have my 4 digit nu...

Ok, so I am currently working in the Nutrition Dept full-time, second shift for a little over a month. I spoke with my manager yesterday and she talked with me about my performance and how I need to 'pick up the pace'. But I'm working the fastest I can, and at the same time its difficult to stay motivated en...

So, with the $7.90 /hr pay I get, but the amount of work I am required, and the situations I am required to deal with, I am kinda getting irritated. We are required to play most roles in the store: Manager, Stocker, Cashier, Maintenance, CClerk, so on. There is no point in calling a supervisor/FE manager...

So...I heard today that we're starting Key Retailing Wave 1 in the bakery department finally. I know other depts. have dealt with this crap for a long time. So what should I expect in wave 1? It sounds like right now just a lot of labeling of dumb crap like THIS IS A BREAD SLICER, THIS IS A COOLER, etc.

I was fired by an employee on the phone for not being able to show up once.. She said she was instructed by her manager to fire me.. I recently received a letter from Kroger saying that I never showed up to work again because I quit... Confused on why they would say that if they actually fired me.

So our store ponchos really stink. No, literally at least two have an odor of mildew and the others are torn to pieces. I bought one of my own when we were raining for $3.99 right there in-store. A fellow employee told me if I had notified management or supervisor, that the store would have paid for it on th...
